There was a fabulous volunteer turnout to assist growers Mark and Bridget with picking and packing veg boxes on Friday. Big thanks to Anna, Charlotte, Craig, Darren, Fiona, Jane, Janet and Toby.

In all the veg boxes this week:-
*tomatoes – red and yellow
*aubergines
*parsley
*chard / spinach
*red onions
*mixed salad leaves
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*carrot bunch
*French beans or runner beans
*courgettes or patty pan squash (Mark Norman, Bodmin)

All produce grown by Camel CSA, unless otherwise stated
* = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly
