Kale, kale and more kale in the veg boxes

This week our own homegrown sprouted fenugreek seeds also join the super-nutritious line-up!
In all the veg boxes:-
*sprouted fenugreek seeds
*kale – cavelo nero or red Russian or curly
*onions
beetroot (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
red cabbage (Restharrow)
cauliflower (Restharrow)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)
