Crispy crunchy radishes in Camel CSA’s veg boxes
Posted on March 22nd, 2020 No commentsWe have the first of the new season radishes in the boxes this week, cultivated by our lead grower Mark Norman on his own smallholding on the outskirts of Bodmin.
What’s in all the boxes this week: –
*mixed winter salad leaves
*sprouted mung beans
*radishes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
cauliflower (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
beetroot (Restharrow)
onions (Restharrow)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)Standard boxes also have:-
*purple sprouting broccoli
red cabbage (Restharrow)
extra onions (Restharrow)
