*wet green elephant garlic
*mixed salad leaves
*alfalfa sprouts
strawberries (Mitchell Fruit Garden)
early potatoes ‘Maris Peer’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*garlic scapes
*calabrese (CSA / Mark Norman, Bodmin)
*can of British-grown carlin peas or fava beans (Hodmedod’s)

Lucky dip:
Standard boxes have three items and small have two from this list:
*rainbow chard

*carrots
*beetroot
*peas in pod
*cucumber
*cabbage
*calabrese (CSA / Mark Norman)

*broad beans (Mark Norman)

*courgettes (Mark Norman)

* = grown to organic principles. Please wash all fruit and veg thoroughly.
