We’ve grown some enormous parsnips this year. Grower Jane was still smiling after digging up and cleaning a big pile of them!

What’s in all the veg boxes: –
*parsnips
*sprouted fenugreek seeds
*kalettes (Padstow Kitchen Garden)
*can of British red haricot beans (Hodmedod’s)
cauliflower (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
onions (Restharrow)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*mixed winter salad leaves
leeks (Restharrow)
*savoy cabbage (Trerair Farm, St Eval)

*= grown to organic principles.  Please wash all produce thoroughly
