  • Freshly-harvested parsnips in Camel CSA’s veg boxes

Posted on November 6th, 2021 charlotte No comments

Our growers and volunteers soon got the job done. The new-season parsnips are tender, tasty and easy to get out of the ground.

The mung bean sprouts in this week’s veg boxes are home produced. We’ll be providing other types of sprouted beans and seeds to add variety over the winter months.
