In all this week’s veg boxes:-
*mixed oriental str fry leaves
leeks  (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
cauliflower (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
Brussels sprouts (Trerair)
swede (Trerair)
*dried olive green lentils (Hodmedod’s)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard veg boxes also have:-
*kale – Cottagers or Red Russian
*onions
*daikon (mooli) or white turnips

*  = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly
