*spring onions
*whole lettuce
*new-season turnips or *beetroot or *kohrabi
*broad beans or *can of fava beans (Hodmedod’s)
*new potatoes ‘Casablanca’ (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
asparagus (Tregassow Farm, St Erme)
Standard veg boxes also have:-
*spring greens or *carrots
*parsley
*green onion(s)
* = grown to organic principles
