The growing team have begun sowing new-season red and brown onions, radishes, spring onions, spring cabbage and herbs. Meanwhile we’re still enjoying a wide selection of home-grown winter produce in the veg boxes.

In all the boxes this week:
*red Russian kale
celeriac (Trerair Farm Shop)
cauliflower (Trerair)
leeks (Trerair)
‘Wilja’ potatoes (Trerair)
dried olive green lentils (Hodmedod‘s)

Standard boxes also have:
*winter salad leaves
*Jerusalem artichokes
*sprouted mung beans
