Our growers and volunteers wrapped up warm in the freezing temperatures and were full of winter cheer as they picked and packed the vegetables this week.

The butternut squashes in the boxes are from Mark Norman, one of our dedicated paid growers, who has his own one-acre vegetable plot on the edge of Bodmin.

In all the weekly veg boxes:-
*leeks
*spring onions
*coriander
*butternut squash (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
*parsnips (Mark Norman)
savoy cabbage (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Trerair)

Standard boxes also have:
*mixed salad leaves
*beetroot or mooli
*sprouted mung beans
