  • Sign up for a 4-week veg box trial

We welcome anyone to our weekly veg box scheme who lives or works within a 10-mile road trip of our site at St Kew Highway, near Wadebridge, north Cornwall. Please fill in this order form with your details or phone/text 01208 420014.

Our policy is to start everyone with a 4-week box trial to see how you get on.

A weekly small box trial costs £28 for 4 weeks; a standard box trial costs £42. Or you can choose to have the boxes fortnightly (see prices below). Delivery to home or work is an extra £2 each week, or £1 if delivered to a collection point.

During your box trial you’ll get complimentary social membership of Camel CSA, our not-for-profit community supported agriculture scheme.

If you don’t hear from us within three days of submitting this form please email info@camel-csa.org.uk or phone/text 01208 420014.

    Your details

If you don't have an email address, ask a friend or neighbour with one to receive our acknowledgement email on your behalf.

    Select your box trial

Trials are for a fixed quantity of 4 boxes over 4 weeks or 8 weeks, i.e. weekly or fortnightly. Examples of the contents of our boxes can be seen here.

    Delivery options

The boxes are ready every Friday after 12 noon. Deliveries are made in the afternoon after 1pm.
You can choose home or workplace delivery, or you can collect your box yourself from our plot at St. Kew Highway or from a pick-up point.
We are setting up pick-up points - there's already one at Relish Food & Drink in Wadebridge. Some members have their own shared collection arrangements.

Please tell us where to leave the box if you are not in.
Don't forget to enter your workplace address (including postcode) if you choose that option.

    Payment

We require payment of the full amount in advance, which may be made by direct bank transfer or cheque. You may have already paid by debit/credit card if you met us at a fair or fête.
If you continue after the trial we can acccept Healthy Start vouchers in part payment.

    Jute bags

You are entitled to the free loan of a jute vegetable bag. These bags are from GoJute of St Austell. They make the picking and packing sessions more efficient as well as being practical and good-looking.

    Bag returns

If your box is delivered to you or a pick-up point, please ensure the empty bag is available there for us to collect on the next visit.
If you collect your box from our plot, please bring the empty one back before the next box is due.

If you are not continuing after the trial please make the bag available for collection or return it to us, as above.

    Postponement

You may postpone a box during the trial or thereafter, BUT YOU MUST let us know on or before the Monday of the week in which you do not want the box.
Late postponement means that the box will be counted as supplied, as we will already have ordered produce for it.
Alternatively you might like to make a private arrangement for a friend or neighbour to have your veg box while you're away and try the scheme for themselves.

    And finally...

Your order will be sent to us and acknowledged promptly by email. We will contact you to arrange the date of your first box and to confirm arrangements.
Please set up your bank transfer or send us a cheque (details above).
Please add info@camel-csa.org.uk to your address book or anti-spam 'whitelist'.
