*chard
strawberries (Mitchell Fruit Garden)
asparagus (Tregassow Farm, St Erme)
new potatoes (Growfair)

Standard boxes also have:-*parsley
*French beans
spring greens (Growfair)

*= grown to organic principles.  Please wash all veg thoroughly.
