Now we’re heading for the ‘hungry gap’ our resourceful growers are growing different types of sprouting seeds to go in Camel CSA’s weekly veg boxes.

In all the boxes:-
*alfalfa sprouts (Camel CSA)
*purple sprouting broccoli (CSA) or kale (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
cauliflower (Restharrow)
beetroot (Restharrow)
leeks (Restharrow)
Jerusalem artichokes (Restharrow)
potatoes – ‘Wilja‘ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*mixed winter salad leaves (Camel CSA)
celeriac (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
red cabbage (Restharrow)

*= grown to organic principles. Please wash all produce thoroughly.
