Fresh, seasonal, local… such a wonderful veg harvest to share among our CSA members this week including the first of the sweetcorn.

In all the veg boxes:-
*sweetcorn
*tomatoes – red and yellow
*aubergines
*red onions
*French beans or runner beans
*courgettes or patty pan squash (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*fennel bulb
*green peppers
*mixed salad leaves

All produce grown by Camel CSA, unless otherwise stated
* = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly
