Grower Mark has to use a saw to harvest our gigantic red cabbages as the stems are so thick!

In all the veg boxes:-
*red cabbage
*tomatoes – red and yellow
*chillies
*aubergine
*red onions
*russet apples (Haywood Farm Cider, St Mabyn)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*mixed salad leaves
*chard
*peppers – red and green

All produce grown by Camel CSA, unless otherwise stated
* = grown to organic principles
