Last of the winter squash in our New Year veg boxes

In all the veg boxes this week:-
*squash – Uchiki Kuri or Bon Bon or Crown Prince
*kale – Red Russian
*onions
*sprouted mung beans
*beetroot
*leeks (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)
Standard boxes also have:-
*cabbage – Tundra
*turnips – purple
cauliflower (*Camel CSA / Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless otherwise stated
* = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly
