The longer days at the end of such a dreary winter are really encouraging our polytunnel crops to put on extra growth. The salad leaves in particular have put on a welcome spurt, meaning there’s enough for everyone to have a share this week.

In all the veg boxes:-
*mixed winter salad leaves
*sprouted mung beans
tub of sea salt (Cornish Sea Salt Co)
leeks (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
cauliflower (Restharrow)
parsnips (Restharrow)
onions (Restharrow)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*spring onions
*chard

Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless otherwise stated
