What we’ve all been waiting for – the first of the Cornish asparagus! It comes freshly-picked from fields overlooking the Camel estuary at St Enodoc Asparagus in Trebetherick.

What’s in all the boxes this week:
*radish bunch
*mixed salad leaves
*purple sprouting broccoli or cauliflower
asparagus spears (St Enodoc Asparagus)
onions (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*sprouted fenugreek seeds
*spinach bunch
*parsley

*= grown to organic principles.  Please wash all produce thoroughly
