Grower Bridget and volunteers Alex and Charlotte battled a strong northerly wind to harvest the Red Russian kale.
What’s in everyone’s weekly veg share:
*Red Russian kale
*coriander or mixed salad leaves
*kalettes
*sprouted mung beans
leeks (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
romanesco cauliflower (Restharrow)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)
Standard veg shares also have:
*carrots
*onions
*red cabbage (Restharrow)
