We have some lovely crisp winter cabbages this week in the veg shares. Our eco-deliveries are carried out by lead grower Mark in his electric van.

*winter salad leaves
*sprouted mung beans
kalettes (Padstow Kitchen Garden)
cauliflower (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*spring onions
*squash ‘Crown Prince’
swede (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)

*= grown to organic principles.  Please wash all produce thoroughly
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
