Spring cabbage in Camel CSA’s veg boxes

Such welcome signs of spring! The very first of the broad beans, plenty of spring cabbage and bunches of St Enodoc Asparagus are in our veg boxes this week.
What’s in all the veg boxes: –
*spring cabbage
*mixed salad leaves
*chard or spinach
*sprouted mung beans
asparagus (St Enodoc Asparagus)
potatoes ‘Lady Anna’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)
Standard boxes also have:-
*very first of the broad beans
*purple sprouting broccoli
onions (Rest Harrow Farm, Trebetherick)
*= grown to organic principles.
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
