In all the boxes this week: –
*bulb fennel
*tomatoes
*cucumber
*courgettes
*red onions
*French beans – yellow ‘Orinoco’
*new potatoes

Standard boxes also have:-
*green peppers / first of the aubergines
*cavolo nero (Tuscan kale)
*mixed lettuce leaves or cucamelons

*  = grown to organic principles.
