Our growers and volunteers managed to get most of the harvesting done by the time Storm Arwen struck Cornwall. Our outdoor veg crops took a bit of a battering; fortunately our polytunnels survived in the lee of the hedge.
In all the veg boxes:-
*rainbow chard
*leeks
*spring (!) cabbage
*parsnips
*sprouted mung beans
cauliflower (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)
Standard boxes also have:-
*coriander
*calabrese or mixed salad leaves
red cabbage (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
* = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
