All our vegetables – both indoors and out – were frozen into the ground on picking and packing day. That’s unusual for North Cornwall! So NO salad leaves in the veg boxes this week. Fortunately we’d got most of the harvesting done earlier.

In all the weekly veg boxes:-
*cabbage
*leeks
*celeriac
jar of homemade apple chutney
cauliflower (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
Brussels sprouts (Trerair)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard veg boxes also have:-
*carrots
*onions

*  = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly
