Coriander in Camel CSA’s weekly veg box shares

So much to do! The polytunnel crops keep us going while we get on with the spring sowing and planting.
In all this week’s veg boxes:-
*mixed salad leaves or oriental stirfry leaves
*coriander
*wild garlic leaves (foraged)
Romanesco cauliflower (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
purple sprouting broccoli (*Camel CSA / Trerair)
onions (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)
Standard veg boxes also have:-
*sprouted alfalfa seeds
*parsnips or beetroot (Tamm Field Farm, Grampound)
*British-grown olive green lentils (Hodmedod’s)
* = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly.
