Our growers and volunteers are starting at the crack of dawn to cope with the heat and harvest all the delicious produce for our weekly veg boxes.

In all this week’s veg shares:-
*French beans
*cucumbers
*spring onions
*summer carrots
*new potatoes – ‘Kestrel’
*mixed lettuce leaves or *radish bunch
*courgettes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)

Standard veg shares also have:-
*basil
*peas in pod or *broad beans
purple sprouting broccoli (Trerair Farm, St Eval) or *calabrese (Mark Norman)

*  = grown to organic principles

Please wash all produce thoroughly.
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
