Our volunteer pickers and packers are getting very nifty with the scissors! Microgreens are simply the seedlings of a variety of vegetables and herbs. They’re loaded with nutrients and full of intense flavours and textures.

In all this week’s veg shares:-
*French beans
*spring onions
*radishes
*new potatoes – ‘Kestrel’
*mixed lettuce leaves / microgreens
*courgettes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
*cucumber (Camel CSA) or *calabrese (Mark Norman)

Standard veg shares also have:-
*tomatoes
*peas in pod or *broad beans
*garlic

*  = grown to organic principles

Please wash all produce thoroughly.
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
