Phew! What a scorcher

Spare a thought for the efforts of our growers and volunteers as they carried on working outfoors and in the polytunnels during the heatwave.
In all the veg boxes:-
*tomatoes
*cucumber
*French beans or *peas in pod
*green pepper or *aubergine
*spring onions or carrots
*mixed salad leaves / microgreens
potatoes (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
Standard veg boxes also have:-
*mixed beetroot
*fennel bulb
*courgettes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
* = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly.
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
