Volunteers of all ages come to Treraven Farm on Friday mornings to pick and pack our vegetables. It creates a fantastic community spirit.

In all the veg shares this week:-

*tomatoes
*carrots
*aubergine
*green pepper
*onions
*melon or cucumber (Camel CSA) or courgettes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
*potatoes (Trerair Farm, St Eval)

Standard veg boxes also have:-
*sweetcorn
*French beans or runner beans or mangetout
*turnips

*  = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly.
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
