In all the weekly veg boxes:
*tomatoes
*beetroot
*rhubarb chard or *curly kale
*mixed salad leaves or *cucumber
*French beans(CSA) or courgettes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
*apples – Tregonna King or  Bramley
*’Wilja’ potatoes (Trerair Farm, St Eval)

Standard veg boxes also have:-
*baby fennel bulbs
*sweet peppers
*onions

*  = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly.
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
