Take a leaf out of this week’s veg boxes – overflowing with flamboyant bunches of curly kale.

In all the boxes this week:
*curly kale
*French beans
*cucumbers (CSA) or *courgettes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
*apples – Tregonna King or Cornish Gilliflower or James Grieve (Mark Norman)
purple cauliflower (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
leeks (Trerair)
‘Wilja’ potatoes (Trerair)

Standard veg boxes also have:-
*elephant garlic
*cooking tomatoes
*mixed salad leaves

*  = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly.
