Our growing team work very hard to ensure that we have a constant supply of different salad and stir fry leaves available from the polytunnels during winter and early spring.

In all the veg boxes this week:
*mixed stir fry leaves
*daikon (Camel CSA) or beetroot (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
*shitake mushrooms (Forest Fungi, Dawlish)
red onions (Restharrow)
Brussels sprouts stalk (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
cauliflower (Trerair)
‘Sagitta’ potatoes (Trerair)

Standard boxes also have:
*winter salad leaves
red cabbage (Trerair)
parsnips (Restharrow)

* = grown to organic principles.  Please wash all veg thoroughly
