In all the weekly veg shares:
*rhubarb
*mixed salad leaves
*Swiss or rhubarb chard
*mushrooms ‘Shiitake’ (Forest Fungi, Dawlish)
leeks (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
potatoes ‘Sagitta’ (Trerair)

Standard boxes also have:
*radishes or foraged wild garlic
*sprouted alfalfa seeds
dried British olive green lentils (Hodmedod’s)
