At long last it feels like summer! There’s a sizzling selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables in our veg boxes this week. It includes a jar of our very own blackcurrant jam made by volunteer Jane Indge, and the very first of the tomatoes.

In all the weekly veg boxes:-
*cucumbers
*seasonal salad leaf mix
*potatoes ‘Colleen’
*jar of homemade blackcurrant jam
*calabrese or sprouting broccoli (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
*courgettes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
pointed cabbage (Trerair Farm)

Also in the standard boxes:
*basil
*tomatoes or *elephant garlic
strawberries (The Cornish Fruir Bearer)
