We had some welcome extra volunteer help with the harvesting this week.

What’s in everyone’s veg share:
*red or green pepper
*tomatoes
*cucumber
*aubergine 
*beetroot
*onions – red or white
*apples – ‘Tregonna King’ or ‘Bramley’s Seedling’ (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard veg shares also have:-
*French or runner beans
*radish bunch
*mixed chard

*= grown to organic principles

Veg grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise. Please wash all produce thoroughly.
