We have such stupendous kalette stalks in our veg boxes this week from Restharrow Farm at Trebetherick.  Kalettes are a hybrid of Brussels sprouts and kale.

In all the weekly veg boxes:-
*beetroot
*Jerusalem artichokes
*sprouted alfalfa seeds
*onions
kalettes (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
cauliflower (Restharrow)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard veg boxes also have:-
*daikon (mooli)
*oriental stir fry mix or lettuce salad mix
leeks (Restharrow)

*  = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly

Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
