Diverse winter crops in Camel CSA’s veg boxes

What a difference the increasing light levels make to our overwintering vegetable crops at this time of year!
In all the veg boxes this week:-
*oriental stirfry mix or salad leaves
*sprouting cavolo nero or *purple sprouting broccoli
*celeriac
*onions
*jar of chilli and crab apple jelly or jar of blackberry jelly
leeks (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)
Standard veg boxes also have:-
*carrots
beetroot (Restharrow)
*purple sprouting broccoli (Restharrow)
* = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
