We’re racing to harvest the carrots before the rabbits get them! Standard veg shares have the first of the tomatoes this week. Aubergines, peppers and melons will be available soon.

In all this week’s veg boxes:
*carrots
*spring onions
*beetroot
*cucumber
*radishes
*courgettes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
*first or *second early potatoes (Camel CSA) / Mark Norman)

Standard boxes also have:
*French beans
*tomatoes or calabrese
*parsley

* = grown to organic principles.  Please wash all veg thoroughly  
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
