*wild garlic (foraged, St Kew)
*mixed salad leaves (rocket, baby chard, mizuma, golden mustard, red mustard, lettuce)
*radishes
*sprouted mung beans
*onions
*parsnips
potatoes (Burlerrow Farm, St Mabyn)Standard boxes also have:-
extra potatoes
*Swiss chard
leeks (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
cauliflower (Restharrow)* = grown to organic principles
