Our picking team got a soaking in the wind and rain as they harvested kale for the veg boxes this week.

In all the veg boxes:-
*kale –  ‘Red Russian‘ or  ‘Cottager’s
*garlic
*swede
*onions
cauliflower (*Camel CSA / Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)
beetroot (Restharrow)
potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*mixed salad leaves
*spinach or chard
*Brussels sprouts

Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless otherwise stated
* = grown to organic principles
Please wash all produce thoroughly
