It may be the ‘hungry gap‘ for seasonal produce in the UK but our Cornish veg boxes are still full of spring goodies. We have the first of our early potatoes this week plus more St Enodoc Asparagus.

What’s in all the boxes this week:
*new potatoes ‘Rocket’
*mixed salad leaves
*spring cabbage
asparagus bunch (St Enodoc Asparagus)
dried split peas (Hodmedod’s)
maincrop potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*broad beans
*Swiss chard
*onions (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)

*= grown to organic principles.  Please wash all produce thoroughly
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
