Grower Bridget cultivates beautiful salad leaves all year round for the veg boxes. This week’s baby leaf salad mix consists of rocket and three lettuce varieties – Freckles, Lollo Rosso and Claremont.

What’s in all the boxes this week:

*mixed salad leaves
*green onions
strawberries (Mitchell Fruit Garden)
asparagus bunch (St Enodoc Asparagus)
dried green lentils (Hodmedod’s)
maincrop potatoes ‘Wilja’ (Colwith Farm, Lanlivery)

Standard boxes also have:-
*broad beans or chard
*garlic scapes (Mark Norman, Bodmin)
*sprouted fenugreek seeds

*= grown to organic principles.  Please wash all produce thoroughly
