It was so frosty on Friday morning our volunteer pickers and packers had to wait for the ice to melt before they could start working outdoors.

In all the veg boxes this week:
*curly kale
*parsnips
*coriander
*kalettes or sprouiting broccoli or salad leaves
*Jerusalem artichokes
romanesco (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
potatoes ‘Sagitta’ (Trerair)

Standard boxes also have:
*sprouted fenugreek seed
*shitake mushrooms (Forest Fungi, Dawlish)

* = grown to organic principles.  Please wash all veg thoroughly
