We’re marvelling at the glowing jewel-like colours in the vegetable boxes this week – from red chillies to green peppers to orange-skinned squash to purple cauliflower. Don’t you just love this seasonal autumn bounty?

In all this week’s veg shares:
*sweet pepper / chilli combo
*squash ‘Uchiki Kuri’ or ‘Green Hokkaido’
*carrots
*coriander
*cavolo nero or rhubarb chard
purple cauliflower (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
potatoes ‘Picasso’ or ‘Wilja’ (Trerair Farm)

Standard boxes also have:
*mixed salad leaves
*cucumber / French beans / tomatoes / cooking apples
