Fantastic turnout for Open Farm Sunday – despite rain

open-farm-sunday-camelcsa-270621

June 28, 2021

A HUGE thank you to everyone who ignored the weather forecast and came to our Open Farm Sunday event. The heavy rain held off during the first two guided farm walks led by head grower Mark Norman. Then the heavens opened for the final one and we all got soaked!

Visitors were specially interested in our climate and nature-friendly growing practices. They asked lots of questions about our no-dig methods that leave the soil undisturbed, protect growth-enabling organisms and nourish the vegetables.
