We are proud to offer Camel CSA’s members a weekly selection of local, seasonal vegetables.

In winter we don’t grow tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers as they would require artificial heat. We also don’t deal with food imported from outside the UK.

In all the veg boxes this week:-
*mixed stir fry leaves
*Jerusalem artichokes
*kalettes or purple sprouted broccoli
*sprouted mung beans
potatoes ‘Sagitta’ (Trerair Farm, St Eval)
cauliflower (Trerair)
red onion (Restharrow Farm, Trebetherick)

Standard boxes also have: – 
*parsnips
*mixed salad leaves
leeks (Trerair)

* = grown to organic principles.  Please wash all veg thoroughly  
Produce grown by Camel CSA, unless indicated otherwise
