Our growers are racing to get thousands of seeds sown, seedlings pricked out and veg planted out in the polytunnels and in outdoor beds on both our sites. In the meantime they’re managing to find ways of filling our weekly veg boxes during the ‘hungry gap‘. This week’s leeks are from Mark Norman, our lead grower, who has his own smallholding just outside Bodmin.
