Seasonal local food recipe No.230 – Chard baked with cream and parmesan

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutesIngredients
200g cooked chopped chard (or spinach)
1 egg, beaten
200ml double cream
1 tbs grated parmesan
salt and pepper to tasteMethod
